    Those were really heavy. 80% of my 1 rep max. After a couple weeks ago missing the box and really hurting my leg (which has yet to heal) I’ve been afraid of rebounding at 24″ so I do them one at a time. To my HORROR Ariana hurt herself tonight in the same way. That shit hurts BAD. It looks like a little scrape but it’s a full on, tear inducing, make you limp, never heals, bone bruising piece of shit injury. She kept going though – I hope you heal up soon girly. Boxes are assholes.
