I’m slowly losing my affinity for rowing.

WOD: 14:45? This felt Great. I got my splits down in the second half of the second row and wished I’d gone a little faster earlier, too. I can’t believe I made a frowny face when I saw this last night – if only all workouts felt this good!
Great work from the 6pm class, including newbies and almost-newbies pushing hard. Rock on!
PP: 155#, slowly getting back into this from shoulder and ankle issues.
WOD: 14:29, wasn’t as bad as I expected, though I definitely paced myself too slowly on the rowing. The last 150m I sped up significantly, but wasn’t gassed when I finished.
