How explosive can you be when you’re tired? Â Would that change at all if you knew that meant you had to do less work? Â Well, let’s find out…
The WOD today has in it burpee broad jumps. Â These, much like they might sound, involve doing a burpee followed by jumping as far as you can. Â We’re doing these for distance, so the longer your jump, the fewer burpees you’ll end up doing. Â What could be better incentive than that? Â Be explosive all the way from the ground so you can build more momentum and get a bigger jump. Â Because as much as we all love more burpees, sometimes they just slow us down.
