Zombies! (wear your long socks!)
Today’s WOD should hopefully make some pretty intense interval training a bit more fun. Â Think of it as Zombie apocalypse training at it’s finest. Â 3-2-1 go! You’re being chased by zombies, so you run as fast as you can. Â These zombies are pretty fast and you realize that you’re not going to be able to keep up this pace long (because, you know, you’re sprinting for your life) so as soon as you can, you look for something to get you up and out of reach. Â Lucky for you, you find a rope about 200 meters in, so you get up that rope as fast as you can! Â Phew!
90 seconds after the first wave of zombies started chasing you, another wave comes around the bend. Â Here we go again…

SJ: 75# for four.
WOD: slowest round was slightly >1:30, so I’m pretty sure the zombies feasted on me. BRAINS.
Still, the supportive and hardworking 7:30am class made it a better “recovery sprint” time.
