Continuing on our theme of high volume of heavy weight, today we’ll be backsquatting a percentage of our 1 rep max across 5 sets of 6 reps.  We’ll also be doing this together as a class on a 3 minute interval.  This will help keep us focused as a group, which will be key to our success.  This will not be easy by any stretch if we are at the proper weight.  What will get us through will be our friends struggling next to us going after the same thing.  Even though we’re all lifting our own weight, we still lift as a team.  Use that energy to your advantage.

    WOD: 8:58 @20# (again, a surprisingly challenging weight)
