Burpees!

With some snatching to break them up.  We’ll be spending plenty of time today getting comfortable with our snatch.  While there is always a lot to think about as we try to hone in this very complicated movement, keep in the back of your head that we’ll be needing to choose an appropriate weight for the WOD shortly after.  See how long three snatches at any given weight takes you to do.  Then realize that we’ll be snatching three times every minute and still need to get some burpees done. In fact, we’ll want to get plenty of burpees done, considering we’ll need to work our way through 100 in today’s workout.  So choose wisely, be prepared to transition quickly and don’t fall behind – each round of snatches should be leaving the ground as the minute hits.
STR:
Snatch
max triple (full squat, not touch and go)
WOD:
100 burpees over bar
EMOM 3 snatch (95/65)
*20 minute cap

Holy snatching snatches Batman, that was some Crossfit.

    STR: 135#
    WOD: 16:53 @ 75#, squat snatches

Dang, Ben – that’s an Rx+ with squat snatches (that goes out to the 5:30 classes, too! Y’all rock!)

    Snatch: 50# power snatches
WOD: 19:31 with 35# (too light) and burpees over line (ugh).

I’d swear we did this previously, or at least something a lot like it, and I got to 92 burpees by the time cap, so I called this a win.
