Some more mainsite fun
The WODs on Crossfit.com are, among many things, constantly varied. Â They can be a great resource from time to time to help think of things a little differently. Â A key feature in the WOD we’re borrowing from them today is the “light” back squats, but for pretty high volume. Â Over 20 minutes, these will add up quickly. Â To keep the pace up, we’ll be scaling double unders to bar taps (bouncing through the ankles to touch part of the pull up rig thats just out of your reach) if 30 double unders is going to take more than 90 seconds. Â This will not only keep our cardiovascular system working hard, but will have the added benefit of training good position (always good for us).

30 double unders (scale to bar taps – no longer than :90/round)

OHS: 135# but a little janky in the elbows / wrists
WOD: 4+18 Rx (all of the squats unbroken but slow, CTB down to singles and sometimes doubles)
BUT double unders clicked for the first time today. I got 16 in a row warming up—the most I’ve ever strung together—and then did one of the rounds unbroken with 30 DUs. Woot!
