As a community focused on health and wellness, we can often times find ourselves focusing on small details on how to improve these things (for example, our 1 rep max snatch). While this is certainly a useful tool, we must not lose sight of the big picture.

And while I’ve heard folks arguing with that guy’s evidence about addiction, I agree that it’s the human connections that make all the difference. One of the reasons CF works so well for so many!
