    Snatch: 1st 4 rounds at 55, next 8 at 65lbs, failed third rep on 7th round

    WOD: 2:30 slowest round, 55lb, 1 pd.

    So this is what crossfit feels like. I’ve never seen the entire 6:30 writhing on the floor in agony.

    OMG – this morning was absolutely, incredibly, awful —– and wonderful at the same time.

    Snatch: 4 @ 55, 6 @ 65, 2 @ 75 – this actually felt really good

    This didn’t:

    WOD: 4 Rounds Rx – slowest round 1:45, Round 5, did 2 snatches at 85, then ripped off the plates and did 65 for last 2 rounds where slowest round was 2:00 (the one when I ripped off the plates).
