What’s more fun than a 5 minute AMRAP? That’s right! 5 minute AMRAPS!  After hitting some high rep sets of pull ups and jumping squats, we’ll take a 2 minute break and then jump right into a second AMRAP with some hang power cleans and double unders.  As per usual, try to minimize the rest when you don’t have to rest.  5 minutes isn’t a long time, but it’s long enough that pacing things like your pull ups wisely will have a large impact in your total work completed.

      STR: 105#. Felt good. Should have went heavier, but 105# is my grace weight.

    strength: 115# w/ full squat jerks. this was intense, I’d call it wod 0.
    wod 1: 13+12 Rx (thanks for the push Callie)
    wod 2: 1 + 36 Rx. I think the squat jerks finally caught up to me here, had to break up the doubles and shit just got slow.
