64 reps is all you’re looking at in today’s WOD, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be a walk in the park. Β Each rep here has the potential to take a lot out o you, especially if you challenge yourself with the scale you choose. Β This is a great opportunity to pick a heavier weight, a harder HSPU or get higher up the rope then you normally do.

WOD:

5 Deadlift (275/185)
3 HSPU
1 Rope Climb

    Front Squat: 95lb for first round, 105 lbs next four rounds

    WOD: 12:07, 105 DL, five rounds with handstands and shitty floor push-ups, then just push-ups on the bench, PLUS all 8 rope climbs. First time I’ve done rope climbs in a WOD. That’s a thing.
