Spring has got us excited about the upcoming season of growing vegetables, raising chickens and keeping bees, also known as the CrossFit Somerville Urban Agriculture Project!  If you ever wondered what the cluck was going on in the backyard of the gym, this Saturday is your chance to start learning all about what we are doing here at CFSV with our backyard gardens!  
Whether you’re an experienced Urban Ag-er or looking to learn and get involved in the project, you’re invited to our kick-off potluck and brainstorming session this SATURDAY, APRIL 11 AT 11AM.  This will be right after the Saturday morning class, and we’ll check out the gardens and chickens, brainstorm some ideas for the upcoming growing season, and share a few light snacks.  We might even get to peek in on the bees if the weather is nice enough!

    It was fun to deadlift again – I’d missed a bunch for awhile, then caught the last one. It’d be good to get back to that 200#PR that’s been elusive for awhile.

    DL – 275#, tried to jump 30# right to 305 but couldn’t get the 2nd one up all the way, oh well.

    WOD – 7 + 16 w/ 30# wall ball, I was trying to keep pace with Roger, but he is too damn quick!
