Now that the marathon is over, we’re going to hit the opposite end of the spectrum with some short fast runs.  Now that it’s consistently nicer out, we’ll be seeing more and more of these.  If you’re not a fan of running, try not to avoid these – they will be getting longer and the volume will be increasing in the coming weeks.  It will be important to give yourself a chance to ramp up a bit, especially if this will be your first time running in months (years?)

STR:

EMOM 8
5 deadlifts (tng)
same # across all sets

WOD:

5 Rounds:
200m Run
4 HSPU
8 DB Snatch

Hey guys – on Sunday I was cleaning and took my gold chain / cross off and put it on the bench near those new lockers. I obviously forgot about it and left without it. It was still there Sunday when Nick closed up but after that it is missing. Maybe someone who was there in open gym last night saw it and moved it somewhere safe? Could you let me know? My grandmother gave it to me years ago and it is very special to me. Thanks everyone.

STR: 215# across. This felt heavier than I anticipated, making the strength workout an absolute killer…

WOD: 7:20 “rx” @ 35#. Alternating the DB snatches slowed me down.

    Nice work today, 7:30am crew!
