It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out what’s going on in this photo. It looks like somebody is doing an overhead squat that is, itself, also doing an overhead squat.

WOD: 3 + 27 @ 1pd, 14# WB, TTB on the rings (UH OH BROS!!!!! 1st time doing this! so they weren’t TIGHT, but I’ll take it.)
OHS: 125#, 145# for 2.5, but couldn’t stand it up.

OHS 85# .. I should really get back into the gymnastics circuits I was doing as my Nov 3RM was 105# for this lift and now I’m starting to close up again at the bottom. I failed 95# for that reason. I see bridges and hangs in my future…

I messed up everything though:
Round 1 I did 15 WBs,12 swings, then TTB
Rd 2 I did 12 WB, 15 swings and then TTB
Rd 3 was a charm I did 15 swings, 12 WB then the TTB. I also lost my kip until round 3. I’m under the weather this week. Please excuse me.
