When we program WODs, we’re often trying to make sure movements are set up in a rep scheme that allows you to keep moving, avoiding sets that are so long that you find yourself breaking them up in to 4+ sets before moving on to the next movement.  This keeps the focus on metabolic intensity.  There is something very powerful about fighting through larger sets of movements, forcing you to face muscular fatigue and push through before moving on.  Today is one of those days – the sets aren’t huge, but they are perhaps bigger than normal.  Stay focused and break them up wisely.
