Big chunks
When we program WODs, we’re often trying to make sure movements are set up in a rep scheme that allows you to keep moving, avoiding sets that are so long that you find yourself breaking them up in to 4+ sets before moving on to the next movement. Â This keeps the focus on metabolic intensity. Â There is something very powerful about fighting through larger sets of movements, forcing you to face muscular fatigue and push through before moving on. Â Today is one of those days – the sets aren’t huge, but they are perhaps bigger than normal. Â Stay focused and break them up wisely.
