When we do interval work, chances are there is an element of sprinting that we’re trying to bring to the workout.  To achieve this is today’s WOD, we’ll be looking to choose a weight that allows us to get through the shoulder to overheads unbroken and fast.  What does that mean?  Well, for starters, all 15 reps should be done before the bar drops to the floor.  Ideally, we’ll be trying to keep the bar moving for all 15 reps.  Practice the rhythm of this while you warm up so when you hit the workout your body is ready to string these reps together.
