piece by piece
Working barbell movements every minute on the minute can feel rushed and they generally don’t allow us to get as heavy as we normally would. Â Use this to your advantage today as we piece together our cleans. Â The weights will be lower and we won’t really have time to add weight as we go, so see how you can improve with the load you start with. Â Can you open your hips faster on the power clean? Â Can you keep your rack positions tighter, higher and more supportive in the front squat? Â And then can you put the two together any more smoothly when you do your full clean?
