Here’s a WOD from a couple of months ago that was all about moving a bar.  If you did this one last time, let’s find a set up and approach for this workout that allows us to learn something… Sure, we can just test our conditioning and go for it hard and fast.  We could also see how a different approach will change the outcome of the WOD.  What that change is will be dependent on you, what you did last time and where you come in today.  Consider working with your coach to find a way to get more out of this.  Or, just get after it and let loose.  See which you need.

STR:

Clean Deadlift with 3 second pause below knee +

Clean pull

WOD:

6 Rounds
15 Power clean (95/65)
10 Shoulder to overhead
5 Front squat
Repeat 4/7/15
