All Barbell part 2
Here’s a WOD from a couple of months ago that was all about moving a bar. Â If you did this one last time, let’s find a set up and approach for this workout that allows us to learn something… Sure, we can just test our conditioning and go for it hard and fast. Â We could also see how a different approach will change the outcome of the WOD. Â What that change is will be dependent on you, what you did last time and where you come in today. Â Consider working with your coach to find a way to get more out of this. Â Or, just get after it and let loose. Â See which you need.
