climbing up

Today is all about getting up.  Get up on a box, get up on top of a bar and climb of the rep ladder.  Each round of this AMRAP will ask for more reps from us.  Choose a challenging scale and stay with it.  Expect the “pace” to slow down but keep the intensity high through the challenge of the movement itself.

    WOD: 120.. and some nice rips

    STR: 135#, went for 145# but only got 1 rep. Definitely plateauing on my back squat, but Christine was very motivating!
    WOD: 113. Usually I love box jumps, but I managed to get my first AND second ever box bites today — OUCH. More painful than expected, took it pretty slow after that.

    Awesome work, 6:30 (especially you bloody-handed kids)!
