One rep of each movement is all it takes to get through a round of the WOD today, but these reps are heavy and a little technical. Β We’re at it for 14 minutes, so find a rhythm and keep your form tight early. Β Even if it feel faster at first, sloppy work early on will cause trouble later in the workout.

    STR: 55#. Working on locking out up top and dipping

    WOD: 14+2 @ 85#. This one should have been called Death by Barbell.
