Heavy Squats + fast WOD

Nothing fancy here, folks.  Just some heavy front squats and a WOD that leaves you no reason to stop.  Tie your shoes tight and get your water before the workout starts.  Taking a break in this one isn’t doing you any favors.

STR:

Front Squat

3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

5 rounds
200m run
10 burpees
