Pacing our strength
It’s been a little while, but we’re bringing back our interval strength work. Our working sets of front squats today will be done every 2:30, keeping us on an even pace. This will sometimes force us to take more rest (which we can use to mobilize any number of ways – just ask!) or perhaps get us back to the bar faster (especially in the later sets, or if our attention drifts). Stay with it and psych up with the rest of your class – you’ll all be lifting together.
