Our hips were built to hinge and we’ll get to play around with several ways to use this today.  Squats, jumping and snatches are all driven by the hips.  Focusing on how this action differs from movement to movement will make this work much smoother.

    STR: 165#
    WOD: 12:15 w/ 35# DB, double under attempts after first round, then single unders because my double unders are my nemesis right now.
