Squats, burpees, and some rope climbs too!

We’ve squatted a lot this week and today we’ve got more! The good news is squats don’t have to be all about legs. When it comes to volume squats sometimes it’s not our legs that give out first it can be our back position.

So lets keep our midlines steady and squat some weight. For our workout we get a chance to de-load our spines with some burpees and rope climbs. Don’t for get your long socks!
