Friday Funday!
To end the week we have some touch and hang power snatches and a set of short AMRAPs. Today is a great opportunity to use the skill of pulling ourselves underneath the bar for our hang power snatch directly into our workout of the day.

Lastly, we are hosting yoga with Jenna again this Saturday if you are interested in checking it or enjoyed it last weekend. So please come by tomorrow! Yoga will start at 8:45 and run until 9:45.
