Luckily, today’s squats are light (luckily, the units below are Kg and not poods…), but they are high in volume.  125 high.  At that number of reps, the quality of our squat starts to really effect how our legs will feel over the weekend, so keep them clean!

Primal Practice: Aaron Cantor will be running a special valentines day primal practice (see www.aaroncantor.com) class this Sunday from 1-3.  It’s $10 for members, $20 for non-members and this weekend only, bring your valentine and they get class for free!  Hope to see you there!

Presidents Day: We’ll be running only one class this Monday at 11am.  It will be a hero WOD (albeit a short one) and will be uncapped like a Saturday class.  Register in zen planner!

    WOD: 8:42 w/ 12 kg and knees-to-wherever. This post-accident left knee is less than thrilling.
