Hittin it backwards
We do our best to fit as much as we can in within an hour each day. Â Even so, often times many of us feel rushed on our strength work so we can get ready for the WOD. Â Today, we’ll hit a short WOD first and then have the rest of class to find a heavy double with our deadlift. Â The WOD should definitely get us warm and ready, so take advantage of the extra blood flow and core tension to lift something heavy!
