Or we could look at it as breaking up our sprints with some load moving.  Try to keep these runs as sprinty as possible – the load of the snatches and the height of the boxes should slow the in-the-gym portion down enough to keep the pavement work fast!

STR:

Every :90 for 8 rounds

WOD:

5 Rounds
10 DB snatch (70/50)
stop sign sprint
5 Box jump (30/24)

The Battle for Bosteros!

JP CrossFit, CrossFit Boston , and CrossFit Somerville are partnering to bring you the most fun community-building CrossFit event this side of the Narrow Sea! Behold—the Battle for Bosteros!

In this three-day event, teams of three will come together to complete WODs at each of the three gyms: Friday night at JPCF, Saturday at CrossFit Somerville, and Sunday morning at CrossFit Boston. After the competition is over, we’ll have a BBQ to celebrate Sunday afternoon!

But here’s the fun bit—your team of three will be made up of one person from each gym! You’ll be making new friends while WODing alongside old ones, celebrating functional fitness and the summer.
