Just when you thought leg week was over, we’ve got some more bilateral lower body action for you! Working both sides of our split jerk today, we’ll be preparing for stability no matter which leg is forward – sure to come in handy when it’s WOD time.

Split jerk

x4 – alternating legs

WOD:

AMRAP 12

25′ overhead walking lunge (45/35)

10 plate snatches

*EMOM 3 burpees to plate
