Simple isn’t always easy

We’re going to work on stabilizing the shoulder to move objects over our head and across the room. The strict press is a great way to build strength and work on a tight rack position to press from.

The workout itself is not complicated but it’ll require a good effort. The faster you move the faster you’re done! Simple doesn’t always mean easy but what’s life without a fun challenge?

Last thing: I’m so excited to announce my friend and weightlifting coach, Diane Fu will be running a seminar on the 1st of October! This is great opportunity for coaches and athletes alike to work on Olympic weightlifting technique. If you have any questions on the seminar check out www.crossfitsomerville.com/fu.
