Alphabet Soup

Like any specialized pursuit, CrossFitters carry around a lot of jargon. As your coaches we are guilty of this too. For example, today’s programming looks a little like alphabet soup when you take a look at how we wrote it down:

7 HSC (75/55)
7 CTB
7 HSPU

Heck, even when you write out all the abbreviations in long form it can be daunting to figure out what all these movements are… but don’t worry. We’ll spell it out for you and it’ll make sense once you’re in the box today. That’s the upside of working with coaches who know you in a facility where we keep the classes small. We’ll make sure you don’t get lost and are set up for success – and before you know it, you’ll have picked up all the jargon. It won’t be long until your friends are asking “what the heck does that mean” when looking at your Facebook status updates. 🙂
