Hey Friends!  The Diane Fu seminar is cancelled for this weekend.  While this is a sad thing, it leaves us room for yoga, invasion WOD and Calvinball!  Our Saturday is back to a normal schedule, so come on in and join me!

For now, let’s get into some deadlifts, dumbells and bodyweight moves!

WOD:

4 Rounds
10 Deck Squats
15 DB push press (40/25)
Run 200m
