Not quite a burpee sprint
But close! Â Just a few more push ups each trip. I’m talking about that funny math formula looking movement we start each round with today. Â Each rep here involves 3 push ups and a sprint across the room. Â Or, you can think of it as 2 push ups and a burpee sprint. Â Either way, it’s a chance to connect to the ground a little more solidly in between our sprints.
