Heavy singles

There’s not much out there that feels like a single, heavy deadlift.  Our bodies have such a potent and powerful response to it.  Rather than max out today, we’re going to work our way up heavy, but not maximal.  This will allow us to site really close to maximal and get a little more exposure to that feeling and bodily response.  Today is a great day if you need some heavy shit to push around.

STR:

Deadlift

1-1-1-1-1 @ 90%

WOD:

AMRAP 10
10 Burpee broad jumps (4′)
10 Pull ups
