Heavy singles
There’s not much out there that feels like a single, heavy deadlift. Â Our bodies have such a potent and powerful response to it. Â Rather than max out today, we’re going to work our way up heavy, but not maximal. Â This will allow us to site really close to maximal and get a little more exposure to that feeling and bodily response. Â Today is a great day if you need some heavy shit to push around.
