Helen On Earth

Today’s workout is straightforward and spicy; similar rep scheme to the classic benchmark HELEN but a little bit different. (Kirstie called it “Helen On Earth”.)

I did this one on Monday and it was a blast. Row hard, punch the weight up and cycle the barbell fast, and then string the toes-to-bar together as best as you can. I want this done in under 12 minutes, and that means moving continuously and not slacking the row.

This weekend is the CrossFit Open. We’re doing the workout at 11am, and even if you don’t want to do the Open I encourage you to come in and cheer for those who do. Reminder: CONTACT MEL to let her know you want to work out with us, and we’ll schedule heats and judges for everyone.

    WoD: 11:58 with 65# bar and alternating TTB and kipping knee tucks. Snuck in under 12:00!
