Down the ladder
What isn’t more motivating than a descending rep scheme? Β The CrossFit Open likes to throw ascending ladders at us (where the reps or weights getΒ higher as you go), but since y’all have been killing it, we decided you earned a down-ladder. Β Don’t get too excited – the double unders stay at 20 reps each round regardless!

STR: 145# Bringing it back down is the hardest part.

Got some good rebound practice, and like Niki said, learned a lot about bringing heavier weights down from overhead.
