We’re finishing out the week with another flip. Β This time, a quick triplet will warm up our jump, squat and shoulders to prep us for some heavy hang squat cleans.

The cleans are singles today, but we’ll still want to set the hang from a complete stand. Β Get tall, find your bracing and you’ll give your hips every chance to give you everything they have.
