Marathon Monday

Here’s hoping you don’t have to cross the Charles today – it’s Marathon Monday in town, and between that and the Sox game it’s gonna be the usual zoo. We do have a few folks running, so get the high-fives ready for Tuesday when I’m sure they’ll be back in class. 🙂

Given the light signups for the holiday, we’ve canceled the morning classes but we’ll still be here for you at noon and in the evening. And boy howdy we have a great workout planned for you!
