We’ll have lots of reps to do during the course of this EMOM work which gives us plenty of time to practice our form and be good and loose for those last 15 snatch attempts. If you did this rep scheme last week, you know it can heat up fast. Let’s stay with the work and stay on the clock – we’ll be better tomorrow for the effort.
During the WOD, don’t put down the bar. Just don’t. This is fast: 5 to 7 minutes fast. At the most, I give you 10 minutes.
