Leg day

In the last few weeks, we’ve been working on our hang position in both our Olympic lifting. We focused on the hang position in the strength portion and now we are going to use it in the workout. There are hang clean thrusters (from above the knee) in the workout today. The weights are light so you can practice cycling the bar and use the set up to be really explosive.

This is a combination of two common movements we see in class so lets practice putting them together. We also have a short run in the workout so check the weather before you come to class. Have fun friends!

    WoD: 16:15 w/banded pullups and 55# hang clean thruster. Notwithstanding proclaimed “Leg Day”, upper body was pretty torched when all was said and done.
