Friday night lights
This Friday, classes as usual. Next Friday, however, our evening classes will be canceled for an event at the gym.
BUT…
We’re going to run a 6pm outdoor WOD close by (location TBA, but probably either Prospect Hill or Lincoln Park).  It’ll look a lot like Saturday morning class, only outside in the sweet evening Spring air.
Today, it’s pretty standard. Â Some sets across with our deadlift and then a quick chipper – running, ttb and more running. Â Break up the toes to bar wisely so you can get back out the door fast and sprint home to the finish.

WoD: 6:15(?). TTB for the first 13 reps (sets of 5), then I fell off the rails given the rest that I was allotting.
WOD: 9:26 Rx, ate it on the TTB
STR: 265#
WOD: 5:54 Rx. TTBs fell apart after 20 and had to break them up into smaller sets. Last 5 were 1 at a time.
