So Fresh and So Clean
Our gym looks good as new! Well, better really. We’ve got a new coat of paint inside to cover 6 long years of wear and tear, and 6 years of experience in the space to improve where things live and how we move around and store things. Many thanks to our big crew of volunteers (some pictured below) who put in effort Saturday tearing everything off the walls and painting, and then again on Sunday putting it all back together and cleaning.
Our workout today brings back the big sets of 10 from Friday – but instead of a butt challenge, this one will test your shoulders. It won’t take long to find out where your threshold is on these strict presses.
But don’t worry – we’ve got plenty to fill the time in class with a beefy AMRAP featuring Deadlifts!
