Mobility Hour
Yoga is staying on hiatus for the time being, but we’re going to fill the gap with a Mobility Hour starting in August! Â From 9-10 on Saturdays we’ll be working on releasing what the week left in us and re-tensioning ourselves to be ready to work. Â Think plenty of MyoFascial Release (lacrosse ball type stuff) coupled with active mobility (like jefferson curls or weighted pike stretches). Â It’ll be a great way to get you ready for the 10am class if you’re looking to get your WOD on too.
There’s lots of fun work to get at today! We’ll start with a bit of a simple barbell complex that will help us take an upright squat and help us learn to drop into it fast as stable. Â We’ll also see some barbell cycling int he WOD along with a more parkour version of box jumps. Â Today is sure to provide great challenges and fun movement!
