Hey Friends!

Today we are going to be doing some work getting ourselves upside down in some form or another, and holding that position while we are on a clock! It will put our midline stability to the test!

The Met Con is a wonderful little couplet of calorie rowing and wall balls. Today the goal is to go unbroken on ALL of the wall balls! Even if you have to drop your wall target down a little or drop the weight of the wall ball down, the goal is to keep going through each set.

Y’all can do it! I know you can! It’s going to be awesome!!

    WoD: 8:24 Rx (blue paint!). Needed to pace myself on the row to recover for the WBs.

    Handstands progressively got better with a few pikes (thanks jt)

    WOD: 8:56 (almost Rx- had to stop a few times on the wall balls)
