A complex and a remix
A different mix of a WOD from last week follows some shoulder to overhead work today. The complex of 2 push press followed by 2 push jerks will A) help us be clear about the difference between the two and B) feel directly why the jerk is a useful tool when we want to move weight as efficiently as we can.
The WOD takes a 4-rounder from last week and splits the same amount of work up into 8 rounds. If you did last week’s version, you should really enjoy today’s!
