Get on up
We have Turkish gets ups for our strength portion. If this is a new movement to you we’ll walk you through it. It is a unilateral shoulder movement where start on the ground and come up to standing in a series of steps.
The work out is a 12 min AMRAP that starts with a 1k row buy in. From there the cycle through as many rounds of front squats, box jumps, and pull ups. So get through the row and get working!
