Both our strength work and our WOD will be interval work today, but they’ll feel very different.  We’ll start with another 10 minute EMOM of deadlifts.  We should be starting to get a good feel of were our limits are in this format, so we can push them a little more fully and clearly.

The WOD is similar, but instead of set work every minute, we expand out to 90 seconds.  This will get spicy fast, so try to get each round done straight through and restrict the rest to the end of each round.  We don’t want this one to catch up to us…

1 lateral suicide sprint

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5)
