Struggle through
A longer AMRAP will give us time to dig in deeper with some more technical/heavier movements. 15 minutes will give you plenty of time (as well as a definitive finish) to struggle with a load or scale that’s more challenging than you might normally. We’ll be warming up for it with a gym classic (but not so much a “box” classic) the bench press!
