When rest might not be welcomed…
Who doesn’t love built in rest? After some dip work, we’ll be putting that to the test today. As with most workouts with built in rest, we’re going to want to sprint through each round and save our rest for the end of each. Use this (short) recovery to prepare yourself to sprint through the row and get back to the bar. If you push the way extra rest allows, you’re sure to get some extra flavor with this one!
