Rowing for calories and wall balls is a CrossFit Somerville specialty. We haven’t done one in awhile so here it is cal rowing and wall balls. There is just enough “rest” at the end of each round to allow you to strap in and complete the next round and as hard as you can. This is a sneaky combination that catches up to you quick but it’s good for you! Have fun!
